Many of our clients are remote workers who stay around 2-3 months. some of our other clients many stay anywhere from 5 days to several months.

With your permission we will install security cameras outside the building to ensure no unwarranted people are entering the premises.

All of the platforms that we work with do background checks and ID verification. We then receive all the information and personally decide to accept or decline any guests. We then talk to the guest and hear their story and reason for staying at the property. since our companies reputation is always on the line we take everything into consideration.

With your permission we will install security cameras outside the property and noise monitors inside the property to ensure we are aware of whoever is inside and if it gets to loud. if anything suspicious is going on we will immediately send a team member to the property to escort everyone out.

This is a extremely rare occurrence but if it ever does happen we will be sure to stop it immediately and we will cover anything that may have been damaged.
